About the program

Where leaders are built and businesses begin.

Entrepreneurship is not just about starting a business. It is about becoming the kind of leader who sees a problem and has the courage, the skills, and the confidence to solve it.
— iLead Youth Leadership Program

The Young Entrepreneur Program is a leadership and business development experience designed for youth ages 13 to 25 in Spruce Grove and the surrounding area.

You do not need experience. You do not need a business idea yet. You simply need the drive to build something that matters.

Over the course of the program, participants develop real entrepreneurship skills, including ideation, branding, financial literacy, pitching, and event production, while growing into confident, purpose driven leaders ready to make their mark in business, in their community, and in life.

  • Months of hands-on learning focused on entrepreneurship skills, including ideation, branding, financial literacy, pitching, event production, digital skills, and leadership development.

  • A flexible learning experience that combines in person sessions with online engagement to support accessibility and consistency.

  • Learn directly from experienced entrepreneurs and industry leaders while gaining valuable networking opportunities.

  • Registration is completely free, making the program accessible to all youth who are ready to learn and grow.
