Lead with purpose. Build what matters.
The Young Entrepreneur Program gives young people aged 13 to 25 the chance to build real ideas, work on real projects, and develop the confidence to lead in school, business, and their communities.
Participants explore entrepreneurship through hands on experiences like building business ideas, creating brands, pitching concepts, and working with others to bring projects to life. Along the way, they grow practical leadership skills they can use in everyday life and future opportunities.

At the iLead Community Leadership Program, youth don’t just learn about leadership; they practice it.
Participants will:
Learn how to be a community advocate and leader
Be part of a positive, supportive social group
Build leadership skills through public speaking, digital media, and civic engagement
Create community projects and creative portfolios they can proudly showcase
Receive mentorship and ongoing support
Strengthen confidence, identity, and real-world skills
Together, we are building future leaders while strengthening inclusion, wellness, and a strong sense of community, and preparing youth for success in school, community, and future leadership opportunities.
