Empowering the next generation of leaders starts now.
The iLead Community Leadership Program is an exciting, hands-on opportunity for children and youth to discover their voice, build confidence, and make a meaningful impact in their community. Through experiential learning, creativity, and mentorship, participants grow into strong advocates and leaders while developing real-world skills, having fun, and building lasting connections.

Free: Provided at no cost through funding from the City of Spruce Grove.

At the iLead Community Leadership Program, youth don’t just learn about leadership; they practice it.
Participants will:
Learn how to be a community advocate and leader
Be part of a positive, supportive social group
Build leadership skills through public speaking, digital media, and civic engagement
Create community projects and creative portfolios they can proudly showcase
Receive mentorship and ongoing support
Strengthen confidence, identity, and real-world skills
Together, we are building future leaders while strengthening inclusion, wellness, and a strong sense of community, and preparing youth for success in school, community, and future leadership opportunities.

Participants may apply for one or more of the following in-person cohorts:
Winter Cohort: January – March
Spring Cohort: April – June
Summer Cohort: July – August
Fall Cohort: September – November

Open to all experience levels
No prior leadership experience required
