Join us for the official reading of the Black History Month proclamation by the Mayor and City Council, and hear from community leaders and representatives who continue to shape and enrich our community.

This ceremony is an opportunity to honor the achievements, contributions, and enduring legacies of Black Canadians, while celebrating the history and heritage that strengthens our community.
